Linda Crain came to public education after spending time working in the business world. As a stay at home mom, she began substitute teaching. Finding this to be her passion, she enrolled in a two year teaching certification program. Upon receiving certification, she taught both elementary and middle school for eight years and then became a STARR Teacher. Upon completion of the STARR commitment, she returned to her district and served as a district instructional facilitator. She is now in her third year with the Central Regional Professional Development Center where she serves as the Positive Behavior Intervention and Support Consultant and is the treasurer of LearningForward-MO. Linda’s goal is to inspire educators and students to be more than they thought they could be.
