Call for Proposals

When you are ready to begin, we suggest you review the following suggestions:

• Pull together a collaborative team.
• Read the Presentation Scoring Guide and the Call for Proposal worksheet.
• Draft your proposal on the fillable worksheet.
• Create a document that provides more information about the session. (See the section called “Complete session summary” on the worksheet.)
• When you have all of the information begin your online proposal; ideally, you will complete it in one sitting. Be encouraged to copy and paste from the worksheet to the online call for proposal.
• Be sure to submit the proposal by October 23, 2024

We look forward to hearing your stories and producing a fabulous conference in March 2025!
