Dr. Eric Flack began his career in public education in 1996. During this time he served as a middle school social studies teacher, director of instructional technology, executive director of professional development, and as the executive director of curriculum. In 2023, Dr. Flack retired from public education and currently serves as a district continuous improvement consultant for the Kansas City Regional Professional Development Center.
In addition, for the past 24 years, Dr. Flack has served as an adjunct professor teaching over 150 graduate classes for Webster University, St. Louis University, the University of Missouri, and the University of Central Missouri. He currently teaches courses in the Educational Leadership program at UCM. His goal is to help teachers be successful so they can ensure students realize their full potential.
