Dr. Jaime Cavato currently serves as the Executive Director of Secondary Schools for Lindbergh Schools in St. Louis, Missouri. With a career spanning over two decades in education, she has served as an elementary teacher, middle school counselor and psychological examiner, assistant principal at both middle and high school levels, middle school principal, and Director & Executive Director of Human Resources.
Dr. Cavato earned her Doctorate in Education from Saint Louis University. Her leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to instructional excellence, professional learning, and developing both current and emerging leaders. She is passionate about empowering educators through meaningful collaboration, reflective practice, and systems that foster continuous growth.
At her core, Dr. Cavato is a learner who is driven by curiosity, grounded in humility, and guided by the belief that great leadership begins with a commitment to ongoing learning.
